Drove AI tooling adoption across a life sciences engineering organization — assessed vendors, redesigned code review and testing workflows around AI assistance, and ran structured team-wide rollout programs with tracked adoption and outcome metrics.
Pre-acquisition technical assessments evaluating engineering practices, scalability, platform/security operations, AI architecture, model training pipelines, and third-party integrations — with remediation costing.
Reduced an $85M IT run-rate budget toward $60M. Built financial assessments, prioritized programs by ROI and execution risk, secured board-level funding, then launched and ran the program reporting to the CIO.
